Pet policy:
No pets are allowed in the house.
Security deposit:
A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required to be paid in advance. It is possible to make the payment via bank wire transfer before arrival or directly in cash to the owner or his/her representative upon arrival at the property. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
